This results in fulfilling on our promise of consistent, sustainable, high-value service delivery to all our clients.
Internally, all areas of our business are scrutinized to ensure we consistently adhere to our performance standards, policies and processes across our North American footprint – from the delivery of our services to our training programs, client interactions, and even our community work!
Environmental Stewardship Policy
We have developed and honed our policies for quality and environmental stewardship, and we continue to reflect on our corporate philosophy and overall corporate responsibilities, making sure we “walk the talk” in our practices and procedures. Transparency, integrity and quality have always been the unspoken pillars of our organization.
We actively pursue measures to reduce our carbon footprint through our Green Cleaning and Environmental Stewardship Policy. Aside from the obvious health benefits, “going green” improves productivity, reduces liability, and relates to significant cost savings for all parties involved.
We are CIMS-GB certified with Honours and aim to be ISO 14001 enviro-certified. We have successfully and extensively worked with clients under strict LEED requirements (LEED: EB O+M).
